Islamic rule saves society from the effects of the prison system. It makes sense that even the institution rules keep people safer. Islam teaches people to treat those who have been punished without prejudice. I have seen projects that have enough of a commentary in a Quran that it suffices from the practice of most. It is important to consider that all the books of those involved will not always be Islamic.
