She gotta be tired of these interviews tho. Same questions for 20 years, but this interview was cool. And Angela not being there interrupting with a story about her friends made it more enjoyable.

Going through the comments and what pisses me of most is people reducing Faith to sleeping with Tupac! Whether she did or not we will NEVER know the truth, that's for her to take to the grave if she did or not. However, no one talks about Faith's talent, she's an incredible Songwriter, singer and a R&B veteran in her own right, also she has worked with almost everybody in the business. I hate seeing her talent get overlooked. Through it all she is still standing strong and still looking good! People need to start respecting her gift, she's very underrated however very talented. I LOVE FAITH!!!!

Nope. We have footage of why Pac was killed. He stomped out a crip. They came back. That's it.
@erfbgu26438 жыл бұрын
Good chance that is true.... it still doesn't really change anything. I never said Puff was innocent...didn't say Big was either for that matter. I don't even look at it as who is innocent or guilty tbh. I just look at the facts...with no emotions. Pac was flexing on Big and I'd even say Puff *for no reason* Pac had issues with the dude(s) who ambushed him at Quad...he knew this. He spoke to the press. Big told him don't mess with them dudes. They were trouble. NY knew that too ( reference infamous ghostface line on verbal intercourse). Pac was fresh meat to these dudes. Outsider looking in, it seems like dudes was using Pac because he had fame and access that maybe these street guys didn't have. From the rape charge to even the gun charge, it seems Pac was being used. But maybe he was using dudes too...to feel down. Bro I was an original Pac(ian)...got my nose pierced and everything. I practically worshiped Pac. All of this right after he died. I'm not biased. I just call a spade a spade. I'm objective. If you were too, you would clearly see that Pac stayed in trouble and seemed to get mixed up with the wrong people. As far as Puff and his hired muscle...Suge had threats on Puff's life. Pac was involved too with the whole Bad Boy affiliate being beaten and allegedly made to drink urine. What would you do if you were Puff? The streets the streets. Can't play in the streets and then say things ain't fair when it's time to reap...

Mary did feel some type of way. It came out years ago, I wanna say it was VH1 Behind the Music or something. Mary basically felt like Faith was getting the attention from Puff that she needed at the time. She needed him more.
@TakenBySirprize692 жыл бұрын
But Mary wasn't even Diddy's artist, Faith was. So what was Mary mad for? Lol I don't know why she was acting like that towards Faith, but that's my only problem with Mary. She keeps downplaying her feelings about Faith but you can clearly see she had a problem with her. I believe Faith when she says she doesn't know how the rumor got started, but Mary refused to speak to her about it. If she had been more upfront and honest like Faith, that could've been dealt with.

Oooh, I just love Auntie Faye. I became a fan the first time I heard her. She was on BET singing _Come Over_ and the rest is history. And her first album.....the best of the best. You can legit play it from start to finish and not touch nothin'. She's the kinda singer that you listen to and you just know every riff, run, high note, low note, etcetera. Now, regarding Mary J, during that time, Mary J was sensitive, insecure and wasn't fully aware of the business. She felt like her big brother, Puffy strayed away from her. I get it. I didn't know that Mary wanted to be omitted from the album. Interesting. You could hear her all over _My Life_ (_You Gotta Believe_ & _I Never Wanna Live Without You_) and I love it. Pero anyway, as the years go by, these kids aren't gonna know who Biggie, Pac, etcetera are. #sadbuttrue Even with the Internet at they fingertips, they still don't care. As a hip hop purist slash loyalist, I think to myself *dang, really*? I also understand and don't get all bent out of shape over it. If these kids wanna get on record, talk stupid and mumble then why do they need to know Biggie or Jay-Z bars? If you're a serious rapper (J. Cole, etcetera) then it should kinda be mandatory. It depends on what yo' angle is, musically. To these kids nowadays, Nas, etcetera is too much and they can't understand it. Hell, when I was little and first heard _Illmatic_, Imma be honest, I didn't understand what the brotha was talkin' about. I knew I liked it though. Jay-Z said it best, hip hop is kind of a regional thing. Some East Coast brothas don't like West Coast or Southern rap. And vice versa. This is a great interview, _The Breakfast Club_. I know y'all focus on drama and being fun (which is all good), but sometimes will y'all please focus on the music? I low key feel like *that thing* in music died after Biggie passed. Can't explain it.....

Biggie definitely had a type. The one thing that Jan,Faith ,and Kim apparently had in common was their openness, realness...and very much down-to-earth. It's such a pleasure to watch these ladies being interviewed.
