I like when the year is split up in 2 books. I like slimmer notebooks cuz I carry several. And I love that companies are providing such a variety of planners and notebooks since there is such a variety of needs and preferences. I use a6 tns and it’s a more challenging to find accessories and notebook inserts (not thick bound books) but I stick with it cuz a6 if my favorite size.

I completely understand the desire to have the books split, especially for ease of portability. I just think planner makers should offer both options. Like you, I’m glad to see so many new options on the market now.

I would suggest a clear pouch for your stuff so you remember they are there.
