I love retro remakes, being an Aston Villa fan all of our retro remakes are made by Score Draw, the quality is amazing along with the fit. They’re also good price wise as most are priced between £30-40

I get my old City and England shirts from the same company. I know the producers badge ain't on the shirts but I have a smaller budget and know just what I am getting.

Score draw are official and supported by the clubs but I think this video is more directed towards retro remakes that are made illegally and have no connection to the club or brand

The main issue with that 2000/02 home shirt is the crest. There's something wrong with it and I believe it's too tall. The 97/98 away shirt has 3 issues, the crest again for the same reasons as before, the JVC is wrong and there's meant to be a little cannon logo on a bit of blue fabric on the side, near the bottom 3rd. There are some really great modern replicas out there. The Adidas era shirts are the better fakes. The big blue logo Nike shirts have all got an incorrect logo on them but I believe that's changing now, as I've ordered one with the right badge; as it was the first Arsenal jersey I ever owned.

The kit you're wearing, I believe I bought off JD, (so definitely genuine) was one of my favourite shirts. However, the fly Emirates peeled off. So annoyed because it's one I would have worn in years to come. Quality so shoddy, might as well be non genuine. The Herbert Chapman shirt was actually the first Arsenal shirt I bought. Also distraught that my mum must've thrown it away. Had to wait years for an opportunity to buy a shirt because my parents thought they were too expensive. I'm apprehensive about wearing used shirts. Just feels weird to me. Id actually rather get a new fake if it's indistinguishable. Jumped at the opportunity when Adidas released the old JVC kit.

Did the 2000 Dreamcast shirt ever have a dri fit white label on the right sleeve? I’ve seen a few selling with that.

I have just come across an Arsenal longsleeve pullover training top from 94/96 that I'm interested in buying. The tag says 'Made In Malaysia'. Do you think it would be legit?
@charliegabriel74313 жыл бұрын
I'm from Malaysia, never had I heard that Adidas or Nike shirt was manufactured here. But my comment is base on my kits after 2000. Legitimacy doesn't dictate where is it made from, I don't think so. My collection are made from Cambodia,Thailand,Indonesia,Portugal and many others.

How is the sizing of the retro shirts do you recommend going up a size or do they run true to size.
@EdgeRTS4 жыл бұрын
I would definitely order a size larger , I've ordered 3 Arsenal ones ,all large . One I would say fit like a large . However the other two fit like a snug medium . Hope this helps

@@EdgeRTS thank you that is helpful do you feel the copy retro and current jerseys vary in sizing ...go up two for a current shirt but one in retro?
@EdgeRTS4 жыл бұрын
@@thecrazybiggin I find genuine jerseys are spot on with sizing. However retro remakes definetly order a size up than you normally would when buying regular clothes .

I am considering to purchase fake Arsenal retro jerseys, just because the resale for retro is extremely expensive. I never liked the fake jersey but lately the craftsmanship, details, or whatever you wanna call it, has improved so much even I am impressed. And is so much cheaper..come on USD150-USD250 against USD25, its quite tempting
