What's amazing about T1 since their revival since 2022 is the fact that the team does not fold as hard whenever Faker gets picked. During that last fight where Gen G deleted him, in the coms, Faker told them to back off when he fell, but his teammates dug deep and turned the fight. They got the zeal to push forward without him and they won in a decisive manner. Go T1!

These 2 Semifinals showcased the style of each region perfectly. You see aggressive, kill heavy games in the LPL And in the LCK, you see surgical gameplay with decisive fights and ending games in like a couple teamfights.

@@skrattaoppar9753 And that was game 1 which ended with a kill per minute PAST the 19 minute mark which meant at the 38 min mark when they ended, there were enough kills per minute of the match, same with the other games in the series. Meanwhile the LCK games had less and you saw more decisive fights where after 1-2 teamfights, they go and end. That isn't to say LPL is bad. They fight tooth and nail to the moment their Nexus falls, it makes for a good watch and tons of hype moments but that's that and this is this.

I'm not sure if you've actually watched the LPL recently. These days they play almost identically to the LCK teams. The days of LPL teams just fighting to fight are kind of over as they tend to focus on tempo traps, dive setups, and objective control. Kills still happen, but they are much more planned and happen to give them opportunities to take towers and objectives.

Honestly that's just Geng, they draw out the games with that surgical style of play and slowly bleed their opponents out. T1 was very aggressive, look at game 3 they were all just sprinting around the map with 5 oracles running at Geng. I don't think the slow play is "LCK" as much as just Geng is, because T1, DK, and even HLE on certain games are pretty aggressive.

Honestly, one of the biggest things for this T1 roster is how good everyone else is. Faker steals the spotlight of course, but it’s really crazy that Zeus, Oner, Guma, and Keria have all been racking up insane plays and accolades alongside him, with that final fight with Faker caught I think really showing that off. 3 back to back worlds finals is no small feat, and I’ll be cheering for them come Saturday.

BLG will hopefully make it a good series. I don't think anyone wants a 3-0 stomp in either direction. Regardless of how their play has looked, T1 just has something different about them when it comes crunch time at worlds. It's like Faker's literally spirit bombing, drawing energy from all the people buying into the T1 Worlds Buff to power up his team. A big part of it is confidence from the T1 players, buying into their own success, but there's also the opposite effect on the other side. Teams start believing that T1's win is inevitable and they either play scared or they try to overcompensate and make mistakes. It's very intimidating to be staring across at an opponent who has won 50% of all Worlds they have attended, is unanimously considered the most impactful and clutch player in the game's history and is currently coming off beating what everyone thought was the pre-tournament favorite in very convincing fashion. BLG has a mountain to climb.

The reason why t1 performs better at worlds is because of not showing everything in LCK or MSI. Because if they do all teams will study you and you are just exposing your secrets. If you notice t1 gameplay, picks and bans are different if its not on worlds. Even how they play in getting objectives like herald, or dragons. Usually if its not worlds they just give it to enemy team. But when it is worlds. Oner is active on doing this.

Its not T1 getting the Worlds buff Its every other team getting the worlds debuff. Something about worlds make these players more stressful and more likely to choke, especially this far into the tournament. But being here so many times faker doesnt have it anymore
