I am still having trouble breathing but I keep watching this video over and over to help me overcome my anxiety. I found you the other day and I fell asleep (not long) but still it felt comfortable and here I am, 5:20am up all night and your video is what’s keeping me grounded and calm. Even though it takes awhile, I still listen to it over an over to help me not think crazy thoughts

On my playlist of meditations, All my favourite long term keepers, they're All Yours. Absolutely Love your meditations. Specially after a back injury in 2009 that is getting worse as I get olde. Your Meditations have helped Me and I'm sure, so many others like Me and they're Absolutely Life Savers. I don't know what I'd do without them to be honest and I've Thanked You on a few so many times but again, Thank You So Much For All You Do 🙏🏻💙 They really are Life Saving for Many people with long term chronic pain and issues like anxiety, Depression or Insomnia and as I've said, I don't know where I'd be without them and Cant Thank You Enough so Lots of Love from Me Down Under here in Australia Beautiful. Michelle, I am just learning to allow myself to use hypnosis as a tool for my extreme anxiety/panic. I am a Christian & have always been told to "beware" of it as it can give an opening for evil to enter subconsciously. Well my anxiety, caused from emotional trauma from my marriage is to the point I find it hard to leave my house. I have to tell you that how you explain what anxiety is was spot on & I'm not afraid. I have struggled w/defining anxiety as opposed to what it feels like compared to the thoughts in general. I am finally getting it. I have been listening to your videos for awhile now & am very comforted by your voice & this one in particular made me feel 'not so crazy' as the thoughts of anxiety tends to make you feel. Thank you for putting a voice to it. I have this saved & will continue to use it as I one day plan on kicking this all together.

It's interesting how becoming conscious of it helps instead of trying to talk yourself out of it or ever feeling bad for it. It is just like this uninvited visitor that shows up. Sending blessings and prayers from one Christian to another. Meditation is mentioned in the bible you know and hypnosis is allowing yourself to rest. Jon Kabat Zinn is a good name to search for in you tube or google. There is a Christian channel called Abide. You might find their stories good. Dot (in Australia)

I’m seeing the same patterns of sudden feelings of anxiety - simply out of the blue. I maybe just chilling with a book and then thoughts suddenly shift to this mode. I can’t understand the sudden sweating too. I hope we get over this soon.

I found it got to the salient point, at 11:56. I was exhausted though, so the long intro knocked me out but me being awake all night, because I'm addicted to social media and anxious too, isn't lovely Michelle's fault :). Those microphones are crazy (in a good way!). I really appreciate the feedback. It's been challenging to record lately as the entire apartment below me is being gut renovated! For some reason, the crew only decides to blast dance music the precise moment I begin recording. I can only imagine how the 3 Dio mics would capture all that noise! I have just one suggestion if I may, about the pronounciation of the word 'respite' ......... please please, use the same rhyming as the word 'kite' ........... -there is no 'spit' in 'spite' ! I was really looking forward to this video and I enjoy the content of it- Would you consider doing a re-upload with a softened sound/keeping it all in the same decibel/frequency range - and/or perhaps light background music? My reason for asking is follows: Sadly, the particular mic that you recorded it with makes your consonants very sharp especially "s" and "t" sounds to the point of jarring and physically painful. The only way to stop the "anxie*T*y *S*leep" 💥 effect on my eardrums was to adjust the volume so low I couldn't hear anything other than those sounds. Some - but not all - of your earlier recordings have something similar. (Perhaps it's the microphone or your proximity to it, I'm not sure). With others I have found the solution to be playing it on my phone and wrapping the speaker area in cloth to muffle the sharper sounds. I couldn't even do that with this one, and it's heartbreaking because it's what I really need. I hope you'll consider my request / suggestions. (On a personal note I have to testify against someone who caused me great harm and distress on Monday, so I am desperately searching your entire upload history to help with the emotional psychological and physical pain associated with it so I can be strong enough to aid in the case for justice - as other victims didn't survive)
