I’ll never forget my first Crappie... Bass fishing 22 years ago and left my 7” plastic worm danglin on the side of the boat while eating lunch. An absolute dinner plate of a white crappie slammed it, 2lbs... didn’t even know what a crappie was back then. LFG!

If you have folks who don't like spicy blackened fish, I used to make some for my young son and others who didn't like the heat I used Cavenders Greek Seasoning on them and cooked them first using the same technique, then the hot spicy ones.

Very very awesome LFG and to LFD as well. I like the way you did play by play with the fish finder and the lure action. I’ve barely started really looking into going full action in the fishing world with the family. Growing up I’ve had some good memories with fishing with family. I tend to make some myself with my own family as well. I actually bought myself a fixer upper Jon boat. God bless and wishing you guys the best.

Here in Michigan Crappie, Perch, and other pan fish there is no size limit. I for one don't like it. There are people that don't care and will keep 4 to 6 in fish. Then wonder why we can't find them like we use to. They will also come day after day to get enough to fill their freezer instead of enough for a few meals. Love the channel.

in the winter to get to deep fish , you just drop it over the side of the boat ,let it hit bottom and just jig it up and down. best way ive caught fish in wintertime

Caught a rock on Lake Fork thought it was a LMB the rock was big enough to take drag gliding and shaking while angling away from my boat. What a let,down I felt to see it was a rock. Although it was my PB rock.

happened to me walleye fishing. I was dragging the bottom with a live minnow when i felt the tap. I waited 10 seconds. set the hook and reeled like mad only to find a rock on the other side. it felt like a walleye the whole time because it was fall. they weren't moving and weren't fighting. Still that same trip I caught my biggest walleye ever, at 28 inches. 8 lbs 2 oz.

LFG, I am a bit confused about your electronics on your boat. Before hunting season you had an all Garmin boat. Now your back to using Hummingbird. I understand you are new to Garmin or you may have had issues unannounced to us. But your missing the best of the Garmin Force by not using a Garmin chart plotter. For example, sidevu mark a waypoint. Navigate to on the remote control and it goes into arrival mode and anchor locks you when it arrives. Plus , if your using panoptix livescope on the trolling motor you don't have to waste time if you adjust the range on panoptix you can see if there is any fish on the waypoints before you get there. Now if you find the fish are moving between different structure you can set waypoints and create a route and have the Force follow them to the next point. Works really well when trolling crankbaits along contour lines. If you use the active Captain app you can create waypoints and routes for new lakes anywhere and sync them we your chart plotter when you connect to your Gramin wireless network. I am just saying, 🤐
