Hi Lauren, I'm sure the chickens will love the zuchinis but have you thought of grating them and then freezing them. I had handfuls of grated zuchini to my bolognese, stews, soups and smoothies. Children are none the wiser because they melt down but still add their health benefits. Just a thought.

You can also dehydrate them, grind them and turn it into flour. You can substitute a quarter of your flour recipe with Zucchini flour and no one will know the difference.

Hi Enzo! Napa is so beautiful! It’s so relaxing and peaceful. Have you ever been to the biggest corn maze in Dixon? Its so much fun to take the kids and let them figure out how to get out. It takes around 2 hours to get through. If you get tired, there are signs with shortcuts to get out.

Hey Lauren! I live in Ohio so we don’t do winter gardens but 1 thing I learned on Joe Rogan is to always let some veggies/fruits/plants lay over winter so the soil gets nutrient rich to keep it organic!
