Fall River Fishing for BIG Smallies

The fishing around me this fall has been incredible, especially the river fishing. Went out again with ‪@AlexRuddFishing‬ and ‪@BASSnBEER‬ and absolutely had a blast on the river. The big smallmouth were eating and I was trying hard to break the 20 inch mark.

😂 Yours boys are a trip! Yelling all the way down the river, that’s funny!! Great smallies caught man. I saw at one point you tried a hellgrammite, do you guys use tube jigs down there? Tube jigs are common up here in the Susquehanna river, but I’d prefer action lures. Just curious. Great trip John, really enjoyed it!

this was good location for some fall hawg hunting - v manageable/good planning - you caught some - you should revisit again, try fishing in the middle of the river too - there are fish all through as long as there is some current #the worst mistake he ever made was firing the fiasco band

Depends on how many generators are running but if it’s not flowing 10-12 hours depending on how you fish and you also will run out of current on the lower end and have to paddle awhile to the ramp but if it’s running then it’s much shorter
