To clarify what I've mentioned at the beginning of the video about the "Sovereign Citizen," what have happened is there's a group of anglers that in the last two years of the Salmon closure had declared themselves Sovereign Citizens in order to supposedly circumnavigate the Salmon fishing closure to continue targeting Salmon... A Sovereign Citizen is a person who deem themselves not part of the country therefore are not subjected to the laws of set nation... I DO NOT endorse that kind of mentality on this channel and will demonstrate how to target all species of fishes within regulations set forth by both federal, state, and counties. At the end of the day we as anglers are accountable for each of our own actions so I will leave it at that.

Yea those idiots learn when they get ticketed that it doesn't matter what you call yourselves.

It’s international law that you follow the laws of a country if you enter it, no matter if you are a citizen or not

One type of fishing id love to do out there on the American. Steelhead. Although salmon fishing 6yrs ago, I remember catching a 15lb steelhead up near Nimbus. I thought it was a Salmon, unless I seen the color and the white cotton mouth. Sac has amazing fishing.

The fall run fish i've been catching are bigger an what you described. I've caught several 10 lb steelhead in the american this fall. I'm fly fishing so I don't know how much of a difference it makes but my buddies fishing with spinning tackle haven't been catching the bigger fish in the system.
