Definitely up there among the most underrated wrestlers in history. Not just King of the Indies, but part of easily the best match and spot in TNA's history.

Yep. He was signed to the WWF as an enhancement talent in the Attitude Era and was famously the original plan for the Minestry's higher power. He'll also have wrestled on the indies a few years prior. Ik he was in ECW at some point too but that may have been after WWF. And he's still great.

Since I stopped watcing wrestling in 2001 and only began again once AEW started, I only got to know Mr. Daniels on AEW. But I quickly learned he's a longtime vet of so many other indie shows. Much respect to the man. What a storied career and what a way to cap it all off as being a senior exec at AEW. I look forward to seeing CD for many years to come.

With all due respect, CD is only a senior exec on screen in the elite storyline. He really IS the head of talent relations though. *not trying to hate, just pointing out truth!*

Unfortunately, that won't happen. There's sooo many wrestlers I wish they would put on the game, but the reality is they are only going to put top draws, or title holders on the game. People like Ospreay. Mid to low card guys will never be on there.

I have a request. Could you do KZbin segments where Daniels is putting these matches together while offering up his rationale to Brandon Cutler. It would be a great storytelling vehicle, something to watch on this channel (I miss Dark), and you could even condense the clips for your cable shows to help fill airtime. PS I wouldn’t mind seeing a lot more promos.

Ill never forget this guy being rude to a kid because the kid was taking too long to pull out his pen after asking for an autograph. Daniel said "hurry up hurry up kid. Okay you took too long you had your chance that's your bad. " I remember before the show this kid sitting over there next to us talking about Christopher Daniels being his favorite wrestler and before anyone asks he was not playing a heel, he was signing people's autographs so if he was a hill he wouldn't be doing that. And he wasn't rude to everyone there was some women there that he was really nice to.
