Marco D. Toon Magic was one of my hobbies when I was a kid. I probably read every single book on magic and famous magicians that was available in every elementary school I attended. The biographies of the magicians and illusionist I mentioned were particularly fascinating because they went into great detail describing a typical performance of each one of them, illusion by illusion. Some of those books revealed the secret behind certain tricks and stage illusions. I do think I know how David Blaine did the frog swallowing trick. If I'm correct, then he used a technique that Houdini also used in some of his escape routines.

******‌ SPOILER ****** Phenomenal! Between @6:56 and @6:59 he separates 7 cards in broad daylight. Then @7:11 he adds those to the current deck of 10 (with 3 still to be counted). So, 20 cards in total. How does he get to number 20 (13+7) from the audience? He asks first choose a number. He then asks for other numbers until they add up to 7. The only caveat I don't know: how does he risks it for instance, if instead of 3 the first answer was a number above 7? This is the only part I am not sure about. For the first part, @5:41 when he puts the deck of 10 over the rest of the cards (notice the rest of the deck is upside down) for a moment, he adds 3 to the lower deck to the upper deck. That's why he starts counting himself, with that method of "put it upside down in the bottom, like a real count." How he get 3 when Jimmy says stop is an old trick.
