When I went on the tour at the NBC studios, the intern said that Jimmy uses his writers and crew members as actors for his sketch, (In fact, the Dowager Countess here is played by his head writer, A.D. Miles and the cue card valet is his writer Gerard Bradford). Perhaps the eldest daughter is also one of his writers.
