Very nice build sir! I can't even put another item down in Sanctuary as it is a larger, and way better city then Diamond City, and one more item slows fps dramatically lol 😃. But I am looking at creating a load of labs, robotic shops, farms and military instalations at the rest of my settlements now, but a player retirement home is always needed. This built at the light house, with a daytime diner, a coffee shop/donut franchise next door...with naturally hovering death machines as guards is what Im thinking now 😂

@@Pigpugborj one of the best creation club items is the Slocum Joes. I have 8 of them now spread across the commonwealth. They are literal side businesses now the main business which is a chem production racket that covers the whole Commonwealth. It is very much based on los pollos hermanos lol. Only these places you can get a quality Coffee and Donut with your pure grade Buff/Psycho Jet lol... And every one is guarded by Robot death machines and power armour wearing guards. Has taken me 5 years so far how sad am I 👌😃

at 10:04 you have the roof. But the roof is closed on both (short) sides. If you select the roof next to it it has one open and one closed side. Next to the previous one is a roof with 2 open sides. The open sides snap together, the closed don't

Those peaks you were putting on the top of the roof; the one that is closed at both ends is meant to be a stand-alone. Then there is one piece which is closed on one end and open on the other; you use those for the ends of a row. Then there's a peak which is open on both ends, it goes inbetween the other ones (no need to have a temporary wall put in).

3:14 doing that with using stairs is easier, stairs attache to the floor & u attache a floor piece or 2 to the stairs & then u go up & mark it & u fall down with it & when ur at right angle its not red & then push E to place & u have 100% accurate placement
