Amazing run, I've never seen anything like this, but I am kinda curious about the reasoning behind taking educated at level 30, is there something there I'm missing? I understand not taking Educated at level 4 because Travel Light is too good a perk to pass up in a run like this, & I even understand not taking educated at all, but I'm just kinda curious about taking it when there's no more level ups, wouldn't something like bloody mess or confirmed bachelor be more helpful if only to make enemies go down slightly faster from there on out in the run?

There is no reason to take Educated during the run at all, that perk should have been avoided. Every level from 23+ are considered dump levels. I don't need anything from any of those levels so the best use of my time is to get out of the level up menus as fast as I can by dumping into stats and taking whatever the closest perk is. While it would be nice to take some extra damage perks, I don't need to because I abuse a reload glitch with quick saving and quick loading. The time loss it would take to hunt for slightly more beneficial perks wouldn't be worth in the end.

I'm new to new vegas speedrunning, but I was wondering how you got Arcade Ganon's quest "For Auld Lang Syne" to trigger? It requires one of 4 storyline triggers: - The House Always Wins part V (You had just started part III so that can't be it) - Wild Card: Change in Management (Mr. House was still there so that can't be it) - For the Republic Part 2 (You haven't done hardly any NCR yet for this to be it) - Wild Card: Finishing Touches and install the chip in el dorado substation (I think I remember you activating this quest early somehow, but I don't remember you installing the chip) So I have no idea how you got Ganon's quest to trigger lol.

@@assassin01620 The House Always Wins V is the storyline trigger. The trust points we get are from the Silver Rush, Repconn Headquarters and going to The Fort. By the time For Auld Lang Syne starts at 3:39:15 we have already wiped out the Brotherhood 2 hours earlier at 1:39:10. If you pay close attention to the NV Quest Counter when I talk to House after the demonstration at 3:38:38 I turn in several quests to him advancing me to where I need to be to trigger the quest.

Yep, not only is it the current WR but it's the only completed speedrun obtaining 155 quests in one playthrough that I know of.
