4:11 - Fallout IS set in an alternate history. In terms of technology, the big divergence point is that semiconductors weren't developed in the mid-20th century so technology diverged.

@@jhonhdhcb7495 The game purists are probably the people who consumed the games since the the first fallout. It's exactly like the book vs movie adaptation changes. But what i don't get is even Star Wars fans aren't as angry as these people while 95% of the people who watched it loved the show

@@stellviahohenheim idk tbh, I'll admit I'm not a super diehard fallout fan, all I know is post fallout 3 and from what I understand there are some legitimate complaints like the location of some places being odd but I agree the level of vitriol is over the top, which is why I think the hatred is largely from non fans just looking for some culture war thing to grab hold of, random things like this are getting caught in the middle

Fallout seems to be really working with the algorithm since the show came out. I dunno if you guys played the games but if you did a video about that would be good. Probably do well. Or don't. I'd listen to you guys talk about anything probably.
