Finally> PATTY IS NEVER MISERABLE. Shes kind and helps so many people. Easy to make an opinion about someone you clearly didnt research further than a court transcript. How about her kids did you ask them? Or question why more than 60 lawmakers and president jimmy carter have asked for her release? Or hundreds of spirit leaders? Jamielee curtis dr phil? All supporters. To name a few. Since the time of the trial, there are a number of factors which is why the innocence project. Is so behind her? A number of factors that show the trial was faulty and could have been a mistrial. There was a lack of physical evidence, a lot of misogyny conjecture, for example, the interview that detectives did with Patty. Well, the court transcripts, just give his word for it. Because he did not record these interviews and yet quoted her and use that in court without any evidence that she ever said anything of The like. The fact that she owned alfred hitchcock novels was entered as evidence. A key point-to-point out is that the couple had separated years before and they both had affairs. The differences bill's affairs were not discussed at trial. They had reconciled and been faithful for a long time and happy at the time of the murder. It should also be noticed that 1 of the paramores of patties, the one that's that if he married her first he gave a statement for which he got out of a whole other separate matter case. So he was incentivized, and then he went to visit her, telling her what he'd done and try to extort marriage out of her. He has also admitted to having fired the very weapon that was the murder. Weapon, the children saw lights on in the basement. The power had been cut from down there. The phone lines had been cut. Their dogs found days earlier several properties away deceased neighbors deep off in the country, saw a car that they did not know but were able to describe in front of the Pruitt farm at like 2:33 in the morning. That was not entered into evidence. Patty's hands and fingers were tested for gunpowder residue, almost instantly at that neighbor's and still no evidence. Her pajamas covered potential d n a we're never tested. She's not guilty and unlike you, I know her. I know her family and I know her character. And I know all the bits and pieces of trial that were withheld from court documents, and I also recognize misogyny when I see it. If you're gonna make a review about someone you're totally valid in doing so, but you might do a little more research than court document, especially in a case where you literally have a defendant claiming innocence, because clearly something would have had to go wrong for that conviction To have stood. Additionally, consider the fact she could have taken a seven year plea.I'm trusted in the legal system because she was innocent. Taking to consideration the fact that today life in missouri is thirty years and she's already done almost forty. Take into account the thousands of people who believe in her innocence, she hasn't convinced anybody the evidence we've all gathered, and the lawyers have put together, convinced us do better.

How did the police know to look in a pond? Where did that clue come from?

Does that literally change anything from the fact that the gun used to kill Bill was found in that pond?

Hello Dr Grande can you analyze the case of Chad Doerman?

Dr. Grande, you should have a humor book published...guaranteed to sell millions. I know I'd swoop up a copy! Hope you give it some consideration. Thanx for all.the laughs (even amidst the gravity of most of your "cases.")

Guilty. Whether it was her or a friend (lover), she killed him. It was his own gun- let’s not be stupid. The intruder would have to know exactly where it’s located and …not harm her or the kids? Lmao ok girlllllll

Hold up. It took the retired cop an hour to calm Patricia, but during that time she thought her husband had been hurt? She did it. She wanted to make sure he had time to completely die before she let anyone in.

She had no residue on her hands? Weird. I think that broken ice boot print adds up, but seems convenient.
