GUYS!!! DO THE FIRST RECIPE!!! I was so overwhelmed with how good it was, and you really can just use anything else you have in your kitchen. I can honestly say after making it, becoming vegan seemed so much more accessible to me and I wasnt as stressed about it anymore. Thank you so much Rachel!!! I was literally dancing after the first taste.

My basic rule-of-thumb is to automatically double the amount of garlic called for, and then maybe add one or more cloves on top of that! 😁 Thank you for the easy and delicious looking recipes.

I made the Veg spaghetti yesterday and it was fantastic! Tasty, fresh. I was going to cheat with tomato sauce, but I'm so glad I didn't. Added a nice heaping tsp of onion powder, garlic powder, a tbsp of Oregano. Delish. I had some of the leftovers for lunch today. yummy.

I think it must be a child's serving! I do 12oz for two adult men, giving us each two nice servings, one big one, and another smaller one, for later, because you know how that is. When it's good, it's good. When it's great, there best be seconds.
