are you doing a freezer cooking soon
@margarettrevino75252 жыл бұрын
I would guesstimate with the overflowing 30 quart bowls that before processing about 120 quarts and since “a pints a pound the world around” and there are 2 pints to a quart…. That makes approximately 240 lbs of peppers before processing… take off about 40 lbs of scraps give or take so my guess is that you have about 200 lbs of processed peppers 🌶 🤗🤗🤗

I cheated , 👋 Hey Jamerrill Nana is here for all the things n learning so much but on the food pantry list of conversion it's small to large, n it says 1 -1.5 lbs of peppers is in a quart n most things seem to weight out as so 😆, bunchez of ❤ to you, Travis n the family ✔💯😘❗... I heart her new coat , great find it's field trip to pumpkin patch day for the preschool n I ran a winter coat to the school I washed n recycled for the 3 yr old girlie today , 🙏 for safe travels n lots of fun 👀💭❗

Honey I just love your new kitchen 💝 but what I love the most is that it's a family kitchen, a working kitchen that is much loved and beautiful but most of all... it's a REAL kitchen that serves your large wonderful family and it's not just like a picture in a magazine where nothing's out of place and likely not much cooking going on. Love your real momma life and blessings to you and Travis. PS your mega momma kitchen is magazine worthy and love how you've thought about everything that matters!

Well sweetie, I share all these details often. Since I am also a full-time working mom I do have a friend who I pay to come in and deep clean my house for me every Wednesday. She does the deep mama clean top to bottom that I just don’t have four hours straight to do. My kids also have chores and my husband folds and hangs up all the laundry. I work more than full-time, homeschool the kids, and generally run and oversee most things. It is a huge family team work effort making the dream work as they say. 💗💗💗

'Acre Homestead' took the skins and seeds from her boiled/peel tomatoes (thru the food mill remains) and spread it on her freeze dryer trays / processed it and then when it was dried, pulverized it in her blender (made tomato 'dust' ) and keeps it in jars on her shelf!! she used it really well to thicken her tomato sauce and ketchup and season soups!! NOTHING went to waste!! So jealous of the electric canners and freeze dryer! loving this harvest season.
