Hey Scott, first I love all your videos. I wanted to say that I grew up with Brittany. We went to school together for 8 years, did school plays and musicals together, sang with her, and when I was I. 7th grade and she was in 6th we “dated” for a few months. We stayed close even after she went to Hollyweird. She came back to Edison a month after 8 Mile was released in 2002 and she was the special guest for the Edison, NJ Xmas tree lighting ceremony. We hadn’t spoken for a couple of years, but as soon as she saw me, she ran up to me and gave me a huge hug (to the shock of my wife lol) and after introductions were made, she would not let go of my 2 children who were 2yrs old and 3 months old at the time. She absolutely adored children and she wouldn’t let them go. It was such a wonderful time and she made my kids feel like they were the only thing that mattered that night. On the day she passed away, Sharon (her mom) called my mom after she was pronounced and my mom immediately called me. I was working for Comcast, and she told me what happened and I was crushed. We were going to fly to the west coast for her funeral but it was on Xmas eve, so we just couldn’t make it happen that short of notice. Sadly, 9 years later to that exact day, 12/20/2018, my own mom passed away, so it’s been hard the last couple of years getting through 12/20. Brittany was a loving, funny, smart, talented girl with a giggle and a laugh that could put you into a trance. Thank you for making this Video Scott. Great work as always.

Just my two cents but i feel like her life took a turn for the worse once she married that man. He seemed so wrong for her in so many ways. I’ve read many accounts of people who knew him who say he was extremely manipulative and a con artist. To top it off apparently him and her mother admitted to sleeping in the same bed together after Brittany passed. I’ve always felt both the husband and the mother were extremely suspect.

Thank you for this wonderful video. After I’ve become ill with with mycotoxin poisoning from mold I understand what both Brittney’s went through. You do get hallucinations and a strange feeling of your home that’s contaminated. There were three of us living in a moldy home for 9 years. We all had a huge list of symptoms, some different than each others and some similar. My son’s symptoms are very similar to Brittney Murphy with the sunken black circle eyes, collapsing, difficulty breathing. I had hallucinations, nose bleeds, brain fog, loss of hair, anxiety and depression. Daughter had sever yeast infections, heart issues, extreme weight loss and gut issues and so much more. Mycotoxins breaks down your immune system and completely weakens you. You appear drunk or on drugs. I 100 percent believe all three, both Brittney’s and Simon were poisoned from MYCOTOXINS from molds like Aspergillus and Stachybotrys chartarum that grow in water damaged buildings. The metals found in the autopsy are the same metals found in people with mycotoxin illness. Mycotoxins also cause anemia. Both Brittany and Simon’s parents were spot on when they said mold was the cause of their deaths. Hopefully mold will be understood and recognized like lead, radon and asbestos.

But i see you and Stevie showing the dark side of Hollywood, the Hollywood that will suck you up and spit you out regardless of who you are. I think you are doing a great service being objective showing the real truth, not the fantasy. More please.

Great video Scott. The piano medley at the end is beautiful. My favourite movies of Brittany's are Clueless, 8 Mile, Girl interrupted, Riding in cars with boys and Sin City.

She was so very wonderful ❤️ and I enjoyed her immensely. I could see how gifted she was, from the very first movie I witnessed her in. What an actress! So beautiful, charming and very feminine, lovely beyond Measure. She will always be missed. Thank 😊 You for this Scott. Everything you do, is so beautifully done. R.I.P. Brittany 💓

So tragic her death, I absolutely loved her in Clueless & 8Mile. Her Smile was so radiant, she had the glowing energy about her. So strange how her & her husband died the same way. I think might have had a lot to do with the Toxic mold in their house as well mix of the prescription medications they took to combat their illness which turned out to be deadly. So sad man. Thanks for doing this Scott. RIP Brittany Murphy 🙏🙏🕊️🕊️

In her earlier days before she hit it big...she was on a little known Disney show called "Almost Home" (I believe) a spin off of another Disney show called "The Torklesons". You can still find episodes here on KZbin. I LOVED her role as the stuck up rich girl (but with a little bit of a heart). She was such a versatile actress. She is greatly missed! Love your work, Scott!
