I spent 3 magical months in Prague and OMG it was indeed magical. My hotel for over a month was right on Campo island and outside my window was the location for all of those MI scenes, there was also the National museum used in MI and Bond, and you missed Bourne ID was shot on Campo also. And they were shooting Gray man when I was there and another period film. I miss Prague so. You did a great job of almost matching some of the shots. Makes me want to share my videos of my late nights on that water front replaying the MI scenes in my head :)

Hello, apart from "real sets" a lot of hollywood movies were also shot at barrandov ateliers, in built movie sets and greenscreen. My fathers company used to make those sets. Honourable mentions: Blade II, Van Helsing, Shanghai Knights, A Knight's Tale, Children of Dune (2000 miniseries), Alien vs. Predator, Hart's War, Hellboy, League of extraordinary gentlemen, Doom, The Brothers Grimm, first Narnia and many others.

Had a friend who would try and identify the locations used for porn films shot in Prague by Googling the licence plates of cars that are seen, street name signs and business names, and then finding the same location on Google Maps. He told me he is not the only person who does this:-)
