I was so lucky to see Van Halen 1978! 2xtimes in one day! They didn't sell out the first, so I paid for the next show. Same venue! It was awesome! Nobody knew who they were except word of mouth. Didn't get to meet Eddie but his tech talked to me and let me see his gear. Unbelievable! Of course next time I saw them their show was huge. These guys fan Halen are doing a great job. I will never forget witnessing the real thing. What a memory. Peace.

This video just proves "again" how great Eddie really is, this guy plays the parts but stands still and looks down at his hands, something Eddie does not do...I've seen these guys and the night I saw them the sound guy musta took a night off because the sound was terrible !!!!

These guys actually sound better than the real thing does now. I saw VH on their first tour Oakland day on the green and this is how they sounded. Too bad they got infected with keyboards and pop sounds. I'd see these guys before I'd pay to see what was VH
