✅ Caramel:
1. Whipping cream 33-35% - 200 ml
2. Sugar - 250 g
3. Water - 2 tablespoons
4. Butter - 60 g
5. A pinch of salt
✅ Ingredients for yeast dough:
1. Warm milk - 250 ml
2. Sugar - 80 g
3. Dry yeast - 7 g
4. Vanillin - 1/2 tsp or vanilla sugar - 8 g
5. Egg - 1 pc. + 1 protein
6. All-purpose flour - 500 g
7. Salt - 1/2 tsp
8. Butter - 70 g
✅ Custard with cream cheese:
1. Yolks - 3 pcs.
2. Sugar - 80 g
3. Flour - 35 g
4. Milk - 250 ml
5. Butter - 50 g

6. Cream cheese - 250 g
7. Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp
8. Vanillin - 1/2 tsp or vanilla sugar - 8 g
For greasing the buns: 1 yolk + 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake at 180 °C (356 °F) - 22 minutes.
