Could take the rockers off and put a flat edge across all the valve tips so see it’s those valves are taller/shorter

With cylinder #3 at TDC both valves should be closed. Try tightening/loosening the the rockers to see if the valve/s open at all. If the lifters were pumped up not compressing when the rocker is tightened the valve will open. 🤔 If there’s an issue with those Renegade SS valves I’d like to know. 👍

The valve height relative to each other is a good start, but if the valve job wasn't good, they'll all be different any ways. I vote an injector was clogged/clogging/quitting and got that hole hot, tuliped the valve and compromised the gasket in that hole - hence the high coolant pressure. I had wondered what was going on in that 8.80 video when you were really turning it up and nothing happening...

I've had broken springs give similar symptoms. Ditto comparing stem heights first as others have said.

Bummer! We just were finishing my sons 6.0 with rectangular port heads and when we put the coolant in it all leaked the passenger side head, back to the drawing board, so much for Marketplace heads that came off a running engine

Mentioned a few times but check the tips of the valves relative to each other, that should show a stretched valve pretty quick. Am I the only one wondering if that valve kissed the piston from the borescope picture? It is exactly where it would touch and doesn't look native to the piston. I wouldn't give up after you find the #3 issue that #6 number is concerning enough I would be finding an answer there as well.

Take an old pushrod, turn it down, test, until you get some compression. Also, are those cylinders firing? When it's running check to see what's going on with a laser thermometer.

Check the valve tip heights compared to the others... common on high hp std valve ls motors

Cut a couple of .020 shims from some flat stock and put them between the rocker pedestal and head they sell them but if you only need a couple Id just make them and send it could be the seats are a little deep the valves are a little long or the base circle on those two lobes is slightly larger I'd shim the pedastals and send it and look for a backup engine in the meantime 😁 tearing down for an autopsy is more fun anyways or just put a different set of heads on it until you can have those heads machine work and valves checked out

I’m more than curious! I don’t think there’s enough valve spring pressure to “Tulip” stainless steel valves but never say never.🤔

Pushrods are probably too long. Probably close enough for some holes to do good, but on the edge of being too long. What length are they? Or lifters collapsing.

Head might be cracked. Is very odd. Even if the value was bad you should still have some compression.

Why does the overflow cap seal at all? On stock stuff there's a vent hole in the plastic cap. Only the radiator cap is supposed to seal up to its relief pressure, right?

Yeah I put a set screw in it to seal it so it wouldn't spray water.

@@BlaserBuilds seems like it should have a vent tube down somewhere it won't get under your rear tires like by the hitch. Anyhow, time for trick flow heads & copper spray the head gaskets for a touch of sloppy luck?
