True. In Dark Knight Returns Pt 2 alone, Joker kills an entire studio audience, plus the host and his therapist. And I know they don't weight the kills this way, but Joker has had more impactful kills, I.E. Jason Todd (Even though he is brought back by the actions of Superboy-Prime.)

FANDA isnt reliable. Some of the kills specially Harley's isnt confirmed. And if we consider the indirect death caused then Joker would have more since he directly influenced the creation of TwoFace and Harley so i think he do have some credit there. Also, Joker do lose a lot in fights but consider who he's fighting which is always Batman or someone clearly stronger. Harley is pretty op tho since she's stomping literal soldiers. However, i dont agree Batman winning during the interogation scene in the Dark Knight. Beating someone physically doesnt always mean ur winning. Joker isnt even fighting back in that scene but he beat everybody up. Im not saying Joker should win the kill and fight category but the method of measuring is inaccurate. Like you considered Harley saving potentially countless of lives because of the team/mission shes with but didnt consider the lives potentially ruined by the influence of Joaquin Joker at the end of the movie.

Comparing their fights aren't fair. Other than Joker, Joker is the antagonist in all of his appearances, so of course he's going to lose. While Harley has been a protagonist in all three of her movie appearances, thus she isn't going to lose.

Harley Quinn has super strength and durability, Joker just has high pain tolerance. Getting hit by Harley is like being hit by Captain America. Getting hit by Joker is like getting hit by an out of shape dude in his 40's. Joker is a manipulator, Harley is a brawler.
