Look at Batman vs Joker in the Dark Knight series... while they did not get a very large 1on1 battle, Batman was trained by The league of assassins.... so he was an EXTREMELY TRAINED KILLER... Widow definitely got this. Harley did get some pretty crazy strength feats in the new Suicide Squad movie but even then, the strength gap between Nat and Harley is definitely not as big as, let's say, the strength gap between Nat and a Super Soldier (Natasha should be close to Harley's level in terms of strength). Plus Black Widow never had any problem outskilling and fighting off opponents physically stronger than herself through sheer skill. Look at her fights against Bucky, Captain America, Ultron sentries, outriders, Taskmaster, chitauri, Proxima midnight, Corvus Glaive, etc. Add in Natasha's superior skill and her gear (if she has her gear in this fight) and the win will definitely go in Nat's favor.

I completely agree, some things that may play out in Harley’s favour is her resourcefulness, sheer insanity as the fact that people seem to underestimate her. I think that’s why she survives ordeals like the one where she was captured by the armed soldiers, she makes brilliant use of her surroundings and is completely fearless. But the raw skill and greater gear of Natasha would probably be Harley’s downfall.

Something worth noting on Quinn. She doesn't seem to be impervious to pain, but she doesn't seem to really care about it either. Her passing out during the torture scene in TSS was an act to open up a window of escape. She's experienced far worse from the Joker, and far more devastating beatings from Batman. I'm also really hesitant to count her out because in basically every canon I've seen her in she's beaten characters who on paper look like they'll give her a run for her money, but she manages to come out on top anyway. She's kind of like Batman in that regard, able to find the right opportunity to exploit a more powerful opponent in underhanded ways to take the win. Her lack of a consistent fighting style and professional training would also be an advantage here, not a weakness. Because it makes her moves and thought process unpredictable. We've seen how well she's able to fight without professional training, so her raw ability isn't in question here. Thus, her unpredictable fighting style becomes a strength. She has the right combination of physical ability, unpredictability, lack of fear, and risk-taking behavior to make her a very scary fighter. So I'm not calling this one for Black Widow. I think a victor would highly depend on whatever situation they found themselves in.

Natashas got this! she's been trained to kill since she was a child. Harley on the other hand. well, I guess the Joker trained her at some point... they never really explain how she became so proficient at killing. in the end, Natasha has far more experience in fighting/killing so she gets my vote.

This is complicated, indeed. You are right with them pyhsically being a match. In the comics there are arcs where Black Widow did receive a variant the super soldier serum and Harley something similar (courtesy of Poison Ivy), putting them both at peak human physical condition (which in both cases goes well with the cinematic depiction). Black Widow's combat training and gadgets definitely are a factor, however Harley's insanity cannot be overstated, rendering her widly unpredictable. I think this is more of a situational question. If Black Widow is aware who she is up against and able to prepare for this, she is likely to win, however, if she is not, Harley may well take her down by surprise.

Now with Nightwing it is hard, because they both have really good agillity, but nightwing has been labeled the most agile charcter in the Dc universe. They both use electric and other weapons, natasha has the range on Nightwing because he doesn't use guns, but nightwing has dodged and deflected machine gun fire at point blank range so I think this fight would come down to hand to hand combat which both are very skilled in. Nightwing has fought deathstroke many times who has fought and beaten batman multiple times, not sure if he won againt deathstroke, but he has beaten batman at least once from my knowledge, and he also has beaten Block Buster, red hood, and Damian wayne who was trained by the league of assassins and their leader Ra's Al Gul some of the most deadly assassins in the dc universe. However, i never knew she beat wolverine that makes me a little less sure but still think Nightwing might be able to win 6/10 times, just barely giving Nightwing the edge as he was train by Batman who has studied and master close to or over 100 different fighting styles, which is not realistic, but hey it comics so still makes Nightwing and Batman badass

Harley will put up a fight and she's definitely more ruthless. Harley will kill without even giving it a second thought. Widow even though she's a trained assassin and killer she at least has some restraint even when fighting supervillains. That much can be seen at the beginning of IW when she said she didn't want to kill PM and CG but she will. All that being said though Widow still wins as she's more skilled with better weapons. She's also the tougher of the 2 having taken a backhand from the Hulk and wasn't even knocked out

Just a nitpick for me but I don’t think that widows bite actually got through T’challah’s suit. It more likely locked up his nano-weave so that he couldn’t move. But all in all her gear and skill with it is going to keep Harley on her toes if not actually catch her as reckless as she is. Also Nats hand to hand/acrobatics is on par. I gotta give it to her.

What Harley lacks in training, she makes up for w/ madness, natural ability & durability; on top of that, Harley is way more acrobatic than Black Widow (& more than she gets credit for) & that alone will give Natasha a run for her 💰; Harley also has Joker's 'insanity' & would definitely be able to take Natasha's arsonal, even if she does lose; its super easy to underestimate Harley, that's why I give her the upset in this fight....

Nah widow's more experienced, skilled and smart. Harley's unpredictable that's the only factor that gives her a chance. But even that chance isn't really a chance. Natasha's fought against super soldiers, other widows, some superpowered avengers, ultron bots, chitauri. Highly doubt harley would even distract her. Things like strength, durability don't matter in this fight cause they both are human and neck and neck in those aspects. It's basically a trained killer vs an even more trained killer. That "even more" is the deciding factor. Black widow is literally John wick level in fighting.

Some versions of black widow did have a super soldier serum, a “watered down” version. Although some versions of Harley were also given superhuman abilities. Even more reason why I think normal humans in dc and marvel aren't human.

I’m going with Harley Quinn bc she’s basically Meta. And I love her. I like Widow and I think she’s dosed on SSS. I just think HQ is better. Now you’re marvel biased unlike any comic guy I have ever subscribed to so I think you’re going with Widow. And she has not taken a shot from Hulk. It was a bump. Still impressive but not a punch in anyway. I’ll go 5-10 for both.

Being meta means nothing in comics, batman, robins and green arrow takes down metas all the time. Plus black widow has trained just as long if not longer than batman and doesn't hesitate to kill. Not saying black widow is batman but she was trained from a child to be the perfect killer and fighter. Harley aint nowhere near as skilled as black widow! Plus movie Harley quinn isn't a meta
