The NHL returns to Winnipeg....but will they be called the "Jets"? The fans react to Mark Chipman's announcement that a professional NHL team WILL be coming back to Winnipeg for the 2012 season!!! GO JETS GO!!!

I may live in New York City but I'm thrilled that the jets are back in the nhl. I remember being so annoyed when they were moved to phoenix, just didnt seem right. I'm adopting them as my favorite western conference team, and I even have a jets jersey that I've had for years thats gonna get a lot more wear :)

As an American I hope more Canadian teams team join the NHL and I hope a Canadian team win the Stanley Cup soon, especially the Canucks. Hamilton, Quebec, and even Regina deserve a NHL team more than the Panthers, Cyotoes, and Lightings.

@IceDragon1377 Same here (they're my favorite western team. Not living in New York). They moved to my state as the Coyotes and I've never cared for the Coytotes. I was looking forward to them returning when I heard about the Coyotes possibly leaving. But they kept holding on for dear life. Then the Thrashers left and now the Jets are back! I'm definitely going to the home opener in Phoenix to watch the Jets. Btw, are you a Rangers fan, Islanders, or neither?
