We've done a lot of terrible things, or rather our govt which is of, for, and by us: The People. But many of those bases/troops are EXTREMELY welcome guests in the eyes of their hosts. We're blessed to be 1000's of miles away from our adversaries. That's not the case for many of our closest allies, even the ones that were our most formidable enemies: Japan, Germany. Korea would see the removal of our troops as catastrophic and they'd consider it the Arch Duke Ferdinand of WW3 and they might be right. Probably not, but even a remote chance of armageddon must be treated with serious caution. While Europe has loved to hate us and complain about us (again, they're not wrong), they're singing a different tune today. All NATO nations are increasing spending and requesting as American presence as they can without seeming overly needy. Only the UK and France have much of a navy. The US has 11 giant nuclear aircraft carriers; the deck space is double of all other active carriers in the world combined. If we dissolved NATO or indicated in some other monumental way that we wouldn't honor Article 5 mutual defence clause, do you really think Vladdy P would stop at Ukraine? No, Russia sees this as a existential threat and they need the NEED buffer states to protect themselves from the West and the broad flat plains of central europe are like super easy to move enormous armies through, in either direction. So, having large, coordinated NATO bases in eastern and central Europe IS keeping the peace. It's a team thing so it's cool. Sorry for my rant i know you're prob referring to places like Cuba and the Middle East like ANYWHERE in the Middle East but to be fair, Cuba doesn't count (five second rule) and the Middle East is a REALLY tough neighborhood. Considering we are the only force willing to make any sort of move in the UN I would say that is absolutely the case. Maybe ask Ukraine who has provided them with the msot funding and arms to hold back Russia. Or ask South Korea what would happen if we pulled out troops off of the DMZ and left the bases there? By no means am I saying we have never over stepped our bounds or over exerted our presence but we have absolutely protected people that needed it. I guess we should Ignore Taiwan's pleas as well? Cancelation of this show was another biggest mistake by Netflix. The history is fantastic and so realistic it almost feels like a documentary. Not to mention the performances of the actors. And I am quiet mad because the arcs of most characters aren't finished and the potential for contination is so enormous that even Tower of Babel looks tiny in comparison

Every country's government are there to ensure their perception of what is best for their own country and will succeed. If I live in the USA, I want the USA to succeed. If I live in Mexico, I want Mexico to succeed. If I live in...no questionable motive other than self preservation. Reminds me of the Ultimates take on Thor, not the norse god, but the Marvel comics character inspired by him. The Ultimates series was an attempt at a somewhat more realistic, edgy take on The Avengers. In that series, Thor is leading a community of hippies. He get recruited in the Ultimates team because of his powers, but it's always uncertain if he's actually a god, as he claims, because they find out he has a history with a very human identity and he has been in a mental institute because he suddenly claimed being a god. His psychiatric profile said that he was delusional. There's a constant confusion wether he is actually who he claims to be or some superpowered individual who is mentally ill. Wonder if the writers of this show took some inspiration from that graphic novel.

These 3 close Apostles of Yeshua wrote epistles and gospels and the Book of Revelation to ensure that no matter how much the Pharisees will remove and butcher their words over thousands of years that those that TRULY seek will find and be released from these 3 beasts); and the fourth Beast, Babylon (The Spirit of Falsehood erroneously labeled purposefully by the Pharisees in 1 John 4:1-6 and other places as "AntiChrist." The Spirit of Falsehood has been in existence since the beginning of Creation. The Spirit of Falsehood is in all religions/beliefs [to include Atheism]. All these Beasts will be destroyed. The below is a cut and paste and some items might have a minor repeat. Apparently, Christians did not read Matthew 24. The entirety of Matthew 24 is speaking on false messiahs, false gospel that will be preached to the end of the earth, and false prophets. Yet the Christians read it with blind eyes. The same way my eyes were blind and my ears were deaf until one day I heard crystal clear to seek. And I was obedient by answering the call [Matthew 22:1-14] and I was taught by the Spirit of Truth [John 14:26] because I sought [Matthew 6:24-34 and Matthew 7:7-29]. And thus I will not be told to depart due to my lawlessness [Matthew 7:21-23] and lack of forgiveness [Matthew 6:14-15] because I understood that Yeshua's work was completed [John 17:2-4] and it had nothing to do with any blood sacrifice but *KNOWLEDGE of the One True Creator who is Steadfast Love.* I know that no one's righteousness can be counted as my own [Ezekiel 18] and that the One True Creator [Steadfast Love] desires Steadfast Love [hesed] not sacrifice, and the Knowledge of Self [Steadfast Love] and not burnt offerings [Hosea 6:6, the translators purposefully mistranslated hesed to "mercy" instead of Steadfast Love]. And that is why Yeshua mentioned it in Matthew 12:7 and told the Pharisees in Matthew 9:13 to see what it means. Luke 10:37 "mercy" and I would say every "mercy" that is in the Old and New Testament that you should render it as *Steadfast Love.* Matthew 22:34-40, Luke 10:25-37, and John 13:34 tells us clearly what grants ETERNAL Life. The epistles of John and other places that is not the Beasts listed in the Christian Bible tells us the same thing. John the Baptists parents in Luke 1 and several other humans (Matthew 23:35) are counted as RIGHTEOUS (multiple places in the Bible) and it has nothing to do with any blood sacrifice or burnt offerings. The entire world is already under a false messiah, the First Beast (bright light and voice that claimed to be Yeshua erroneously called "Jesus Christ" by many) which the Second Beast (Pharisee Saul Paulos of Tarsus who preferred to be called "Apostle" Paul[os], your "God" per your own words) gave life to and spread this [false] gospel across the ENTIRE globe (as spoken of in the Christian Bible Matthew 24) and only a few elect have woken up to this trickery. I was under this Falsehood myself calling myself a Christian and wearing the mark [which is LAWLESSNESS] of these Beasts. But no more. This TV series is no different than the First Beast in the Christian Bible. The real Yeshua is in plain sight of the text. But a little fake "communion" supper allegeding cannibalism even if in the allegorical and a fake trinity baptism (aka "Great Commission") and the entire earth is FOOLED! Never mind, Matthew 24:5, 23-31 told us not to believe anyone claiming to be him and told us TWICE not to believe any false prophet claiming to have met Yeshua privately after Yeshua left earth. The murderous Pharisee Saul Paulos of Tarsus described this very event that we got the warning against approximately 3 years after Yeshua left earth. And even if it was only 1 seconds after Yeshua left earth, it still doesn't matter. No one will have a private meeting with Yeshua. When Yeshua returns, the entire earth will see him from ALL 4 corners. This canceled series The Messiah meets the criteria of the false messiah. So the fact that this plot twist is in the Christian Bible that you and I for over 30+ years did not see was pretty sad but hilarious....🤣🤣 Kudos for seeing this TV show is a false messiah. You [if you are a Christian especially] and the majority of the world except for the few select are hoodwinked 🤣. If you want to know more. Go seek as I did and you shall find the Truth and you will indeed be free from ETERNAL DEATH. As of right now, you are trapped in the web of the Spirit of Falsehood. If you are mentioning the Christian Bible and not identifying that Christians are worshipping the First and Second Beast, then you are lost and your soul is destined to ETERNAL DEATH unless you SEEK. May you SEEK so that you may be Taught by the Spirit of Truth [John 14:21] so that you may flee from FALSEHOOD and escape ETERNAL DEATH.

Oh absolutely. Cancel culture [as we know it] is not about what's right and wrong but more about feelings. Jesus upsets many peoples' feelings so this would just be the ready-made excuse needed to cancel Him unless he toed their party line (you ever notice how Jimmy Kimmel was never cancelled for wearing black face?) That said, there are many of us that ignore cancel culture and look at the person morals.
