Express recipe for dessert without sugar - 5 minutes of work! The family is delighted every time! You must try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
Dates 150 gr. (1 cup).
Cover dates with cold water for 15 minutes.
100 gr. (2/3 cup) roasted salted peanuts.
Grind half of the peanuts in a blender.
Remove the middle of the dates.
Add the zest of 1 orange.
Add 1.5 - 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
Grind the mass.
Add the rest of the peanuts.
Mix.
Form balls.
Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes.
90 gr. (1/2 cup) dark chocolate without sugar.
Melt in a water bath.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Mix.
Place some hot chocolate in a pastry bag.
Dip the balls in chocolate.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Let's make some aromatic tea.
A few orange slices.
A few apple slices.
Vitamin tea - 2 tablespoons per 1 liter of water.
Pour boiling water over - 1 liter.
Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Decorate with chocolate lines.
Place in the refrigerator for another 5 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
