Why do they use the same light switches found 20 years ago in basic Thai homes? I'd have thought for a 'luxury' property they would use switches of higher quality.

We are not interested in being told "This is a sink. This is a table." We really need info that would help us make a decision. Size of rooms, size of materials of flooring, countertops, etc. We can see ourselves what things are... Glad there was some more info in this video.

You have to understand that English is not her first language. Also, we don’t always have that information.. Thai homes can be very cookie cutter. Please place yourself in another person’s perspective and understand that sometimes there is only so much a person can say to keep the flow going.

I build something simmilar myself and pay just 4 mio include a pool and land (1200sqm). It looks nice but to expensive. It is Khon Kaen City and land prices are the same.

I read the comments. It's funny (weird) that one comment states that this villa is amazing for the price, and two comments down, someone wrote, "Price is ridiculous." LOL. I find it odd that the pool view is blocked by two enormous wooden doors, not a glass or sliding door.
