This villa is one of my favourites. Lots of natural light thru the glass sliding doors, and a decent bit of grass to kick a football. Plonking a pool table in that master bedroom would make it the perfect man pad. Great tourings today, Gim. 🙏

Yes, you missed the washer and dryer. The outdoor tide kithe double door French refrigerator is found in Western homes. Nowadays, you also missed the dishwasher to wash your dishes. You also miss the garbage disposal in the double stainless steel sink.. You? Also, miss the automatic gate opener, so you don't have to get out of the pouring rain.Open your own gate to you missed all those things. But you didn't miss the price.That is at least 80 to 85000USD overpriced.

Kinda expensive from what I've been seeing. Plus Americans can't own it. I'll keep my money in index fund... live off the dividends and appreciation and just rent. Never run out of money. These villa designs in Thailand have ample room to do it, they just don't. But I have noticed that if it's a Japanese developer (targeting Japanese buyers) they usually have them.
