I enjoyed this free style of video, it shows things don't go to plan every time and how to over come the problem, as it's happening, I'd defiantly tune into your live streams if you ever get into that aspect of video making. On another note, I'd be really interested in your analysis of ranged weapons (spears, bows, explosives ect), I think the weak spear is really underrated, esp from an elevated position and in caves, two spears seem to take down cannibals for me and with the v0.70 patch pausing when in your inv, easy mode activated. My big question is whats happening when crouched and throwing the spears? Is damage affected along with the distance you can throw? Thanks and BE GOOD, OR GOOD AT IT.

50:02 "Not as cool looking" 'Scuse me? That looks great! Just decorate it up a bit with some garden boxes, expand out one side with the same roof technique (cutting through the original roof for a doorway), a nice rock path, a fence around the gardens... You could really take it a lot farther, and it'd look sweet! And way better than the starter cabin, too.

You can cover over the huge gap at the apex of roofs by using benches. You do see the legs poking down into your room a little, but it looks great from above and it solves a pet peeve of mine. It's also fun to use your roof as a place to chill as it typically has a great view. You'd be surprised at all the crap you can put on a roof.

I just realised you can make way more elegant staircases by shifting half your house one storey upwards (so you can just make stairs between the two halfs, no hole cutters)
