Didn't you mention in an earlier video that you played sports? When the piece blew off the air hose you sort of reached out and caught it like you've done it many times before. I really enjoy your videos. You are showing thousands, probably millions of us a side of farming that we never get to see. It's obvious that farming on that scale can be a lot of pressure. As I taught all my daughters (and sons) as they were growing up, that women can do anything. Hi Jojo. Just a tip from an old "Shade Tree Mechanic" who was wrenching on a 1965 Ford Thunderbird when he was 16 (1977) - I've wrestled with hundreds of "frozen" bolts. Put your wrench on the bolt, then slide a short section of pipe over the handle of the wrench. Hold the pipe towards the end farthest away from the bolt and try to loosten the it. This gives you a longer "lever arm" and will make it much easier to apply greater torque to the bolt, and it should turn easier. Once you've broken it loose, take the pipe off of the wrench and use it normally. I know this isnt going to change the quality of your life (which I am so envious of) but hopefully it will make your day a little easier the next time your battling a stubborn bolt or nut. I love your content, Jojo! I can't get enough of it...

Its so nice to see a video of yours 1st thing in the morning. One tip i have for you and i use this tip A LOT on wrenchs. Once you got the wrench on something with the boxed end on witch is the round end, if you put another boxed end wrench in the open end of the wrench your using it will double up the torque as you just doubled the length of the wrench your using. Its very helpful spatially in tight places were you cant put much weight on the wrench your using and if you have the room then the 2 wrench method works great if you have the room for loosening bolts and nuts. Just make sure both wrenchs are straight as one could slip a little if they are not straight. I landed on my butt before thats how i learned, the HARD WAY LOL. But must of the time it will not slip. My father teached me that when i was really young and trust me it comes in handy a lot for me ;) I wish you a very very Merry Christmas and i hope you have great and fun holidays.

Farming is the BEST activity careerwise or the human beings. It puts you in such a situation where you get to learn about almost everything that is there in the nature to study and learn. Except of course surgery for obvious reasons, deep space etc.

I enjoy the detail about the things that you do, telling what and why. I’d like more on how this piece of equipment works as first this part orders crop into slots and then it pulls ears off of stalk then this part of tractor, cuts the cornels off. Like this piece of equipment the first set of things to this, then the plows play then the next set of attachments to this and the last things hanging in back do this, smooth or what ever. It is truly amazing and we need to know what hard constant work there is to farming, feeding America and the world. I really enjoy your shows! You have such a good heart. I am a chaplain and bereavement coordinator so my heart feels for you and rejoices with your heart as you overcome loss to new life will letting your experiences continue to enrich your life and ours. Yes, we love the longer videos! This is my favorite TV show, if you can say that 😂 Your channel really has tought me how smart and skilled farmers have to be, and all the stuff you have to be able to handle all on your own. There is this idea, at least in the society I come from, that "farming is easy" and requires few skills. And in fact I think that many university alumni would raise their hands in surrender and run away if they suddenly had to do everything you guys do 🤣. The bolt for the pan is magnetized. Always check it for metal shavings before wiping it off. It can clue you in to serious engine wear.

Put a thick layer of floor dry over the oil spill then grind it into the oil with your boot. Add more floor dry as needed so you dont get oil on your boots. Then scoop up the mess and make another mess! Yay! Have fun PRETTY LADY🤪🥰

Drain plug. Weird how you put it on snug and then you need an impact wrench to remove it. I’ve never changed the oil on anything without spilling some somewhere. Just think, in 2 years you will look back on these videos and laugh about how much you have learned. When you started filming your farm life could have imagined just jumping in a tractor, firing it up and putting it in drive?
