I'm a rural earthworks contractor here in New Zealand. I love seeing the kids out with dad on the farm. They turn out to be great kids too. I couldn't imagine a Lawyers kids would find it too interesting going to work with dad.
@basstrammel13225 жыл бұрын
I've said my whole life that farmers are the most skilled people in earth. You can go to school to become a licensed welder, mechanic, heavy equip operator, botanic, business classes, etc etc. Farmers can do all of this blindfolded. Many farmers do carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and masonry as well. When there's not much field work, there's always something to fix or improve back home. If anyone who grew up on a farm applied for a job and I had any say in it, it would be a hard yes on the spot. If my car exploded in the middle of nowhere, I would pray for a farmer being nearby. Never under estimate a farmer.

For garden tractor it wasn't bad, but seeing you and your Dad working together really made enjoy those times we had. Hug him every day and enjoy what time you have with him. Sorry for bring sappy, but I miss him.

I ran a hardware store in Sweden back in the 80's, was one of the first in Europe to sell WD-40. One day this guy walks in, sees my WD-40 display and starts to curse. He'd been to the states, decided to import WD-40 to Scandinavia. Sad I had to take that away from him. WD-40 was an a awesome product, and still is [my favorite]. Fun fact, I was the first Swedish store to sell Kärcher. Got a sweet deal with the Germans, sold those washers by the truck loads. Got an eye for what's premium stuff, I guess. Goes to show I during my teens helped my neighbor on his farming, got to drive his green tractor and his green harvester. This was in the year -69 mind you, green ones was scarcely seen in Sweden. Sweden is kind of little USA. Back when my brother exchanged student with a guy from Boston MA, he was stunned we had hot dog stands. A nice guy, he and I shared a room at an B&B in Saltzburg years later, downhill skied from dawn till the lifts closed. Nice to see you and dad work so well together! Almost the same when the camera is off or is he more of the boss then? Love your accent, sounds kind of an Swedish one to me. Guess I'm one the money, you being from Minnesota. Keep up the great work, keep posting them must see videos!
