I have found that you can empty the metal bucket into the IBC on the stand to fill it with water. Haven’t tried a tanker or trailer as my game save is set in 1969 and a start from scratch

Cool, although that would take a long time to fill by bucket.

You can fill the IBC from outside with the trailer then fill the water trolley from the IBC

I put a few things in the back of the Nissan but I seem not to be able to reach in and get them back out.

If you have easy dev controls and turn on super strength it also makes the reach further just be careful not to pickup the truck...
