You know you make good videos when a vegan never even misses a cooking one. (Please note that is not me advertising my lifestyle for the sake of it, that is me paying a genuine compliment) I love your style of cooking with ease and I can pull inspiration from each recipe regardless of the animal products used. I just enjoy watching them and I always think of ways to adapt them to my personal dietary preferences. I can’t wait to get a sourdough starter going because I want to make a veg pot pie with one so bad! 🤤

My daughter has baby number 6 coming in two weeks and she cooks a lot like you, Rustic and large family friendly. One thing I’ve been making my 7 grands lately are the Dutch baby/German pancakes. I thought that might be a good option for your family. I top them with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. They love it. I didn’t know if you can do that with sour dough but thought it my be a great option for your large family. Loved your video. As nana I have them over frequently bc I can’t get enough of them all and your channel provides great ideas and my daughters family is gf. Thank you for sharing it all.

I have made your sourdough skillet a couple times now. We LOVE it! My husband has been into smoking meat for on the weekends on our dinky little Webber grill. We use a pellet tray we bought on amazon and monitor the temperature with thermometers in the grill and in the meat. Ribs, pork butt and shoulder, tri tip, a whole chicken, even turkey breasts. It’s been out of this world!

How do you clean your cast iron when you cook meat in them, make a skillet, pot pie or even melt butter in them for a recipe? Do you just rinse them with water? Do yours still have the lustery shine even after being rinsed and dried thoroughly?

Hey Lisa, I hope you and the family is doing well... I noticed you always cut up fresh veggies for the dishes you make. I was curious do you freeze and veggies at all for cooking? I noticed my onions go bad quickly so I find myself cutting them up and freezing them better. This goes for my green/red peppers, green/red/white onions, and cilantro and parsley (that’s a lot) lol I freeze of all of these because they go bad.

Yum! Everything looks delicious! Do you like your baby carrier? What brand is it? And it looks like you could wear it both ways, on the back and in the front. I made my own baby carrier. My baby isn't here yet, but I've been wondering what kind of carrier would I need when my baby is bigger. This is the first time I will be using a carrier, so I have no idea what I'm doing, or what to look for.
