I made the chicken pot pie yesterday, made the broth last week. My husband said it was the best he’s ever had. The best thing is I have 1 in the freezer! Take care, I hope you are resting and the family is taking care of you.

You are amazing Lisa! I raised 2 boys and 2 girls. I remember cooking meals that everyone loved and there was such love and memories made around the food they loved and that I cooked. They are all grown now and I have 6 grandsons. i miss cooking for our large family but I can watch you and reminisce plus get bonus ideas to cook when they come over for an occasional dinner. My favorite way to postpartum prep is to cook the meals I know I’ll want postpartum a little after halfway through my pregnancy. I just cook huge batches and freeze enough to eat postpartum!

My Mom would make Chicken Pot Pie, when I was a kid, with,6 kids, she would use can biscuits on top, put into a 9x11 pan. We loved it , scoop out a biscuit and then a scoop of sauce over the biscuit , yummy.
