I had a breast reduction I wanna say when I was 28, I believe. Now I'm 37 almost 38 and I wouldn't change the fact I got it done, it's the fact that I wish they would have made them not have a little flap beside them.

Bilateral just means both breasts

I would not suggest getting a breast reduction from the ages 16-18. Your breasts are not done growing from that time so if you got the reduction, they have a higher probability of growing back. I would wait until your body has matured enough to do the surgery.

4 days post op here. I had 32DDD breasts before pregnancy. I did 2 years of breast feeding, and breasts got bigger and became 32G. I am a very petite person, and it really was painful to have such large breasts.

Hey I don’t know if you read these but I am getting one in less than 2 months so thank you for the info. I do want to say that I did become a mom first and was not able to breast feed BECAUSE my boobs were too big. I just had a lot of trouble latching and it was a 2 handed process. I was a DDD before pregnancy and I’m a J now 😢. I just wanted you to know that because you are concerned about whether you can breastfeed… but don’t have regrets because you may not have been able to anyways being so large.
