Thx! Can you also switch of the gyroscope if not moving? Or another model?

You can toggle vibration detection mode on/off. Thanks for watching!

My Bluetti power station takes an 8mm barrel-type power input plug. Does this charger come with the necessary cable to make that connection? Or would I need to order an XT-60 to 8mm adapter cable? I can't seem to find any information on this issue.

This charger outputs XT60 so you would want to get an XT60 (male) to 8mm barrel cable. I just checked and you can get them on amazon, for example.

@@solarguy Wow - thanks for the quick response. That's what I thought but I wasn't sure.

No problem. I have tested most of these power stations so I was curious if I even had one of those cables. I have enough adapters to make it work but I don't think I have the exact one I was referring you to.

Did you try to charge a 12v battery with this (obviously with the right cable xt60 to battery o-ring) ? Will it adjust output voltage accordingly, and output 12v instead of 42v ?
@solarguy4 ай бұрын
I didn’t try because the specs only list 42v (25amp max) as the output. I don’t think there is a variable output.

@@solarguy They claim it is not fixed at 42V and adjusts according to the battery. I have to try to see it. Thanks for the response.

That would be strange they wouldn’t list that on the spec sheet/owners manual. Where did you see that claim?

@@solarguy they responded to my question in Amazon. I was still skeptical about it, until I tried it today with 2 12.8v 100AH batteries in series and measured the output voltage to the battery from etaker to be 26.6 (and my amps are around 9.4 from a Bluetti PV350 panel). So it is safe to use it wirh batteries. I am yet to test wirh my car. I accidentally dropped my nut that secures battery cable while attempting to connect etaker. Have to wait for a replacement. I think their user manual guy did a bad job.

Wild question out here. If you get two of these can you connect one of them to the Solar input of the other one and get 1000w technically with no solar panels?

The main limitation in that scenario is the power that your vehicle's alternator can produce. 1000W divided by 12v is about 83 amps.
