1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Cumin Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Peri-Peri Masala
3 Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt as per Taste
250 gms Panner (Small Cube)
Fresh Coriander Chopped
For Assembling:
6 Hot Dog Breads
Tandoori Mayonnaise
Regular Mayonnaise (In Piping Bag)
Coriander (Chopped)
Cheese (Optional)
Mexican Quesadilla:
For Tortilla:
2 cups All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt as per Taste
2 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Water as required
For Stuffing:
1 tbsp Oil
2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 Onion (Finely Chopped)
1 Capsicum (Finely Chopped)
1 cup Red/Yellow Bell Peppers (Finely Chopped)
1/2 cup Corn (Boiled)
50 gms Paneer (Finely Chopped)
1 cup Baked Beans
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
2 tbsp Cheese
Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
