For Rava Dosa:
1 cup rava
½cup rice flour
1 tbsp besan
1 tbsp maida (All purpose flour)
½tbsp cumin seeds
3 tbsp curd
2 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tbsp chopped green chilly
1 tbsp chopped onion
Oil to roast dosa
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
Grated ginger
For Aloo Masala:
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp udad dal & chana dal (soaked)
1 tsp mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp chopped green chilli
2 onions sliced
½tsp turmeric powder
5 -6 boiled potato
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp malgapadi powder
3 tbsp fresh coriander
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sambhar masala
