Fantastic class Chris! Fast Basic for an hour! Fabulous! I loved it & was concentrating so much that I definitely had a brain workout too! Music was awesome, choreography was perfect as was the bpm. Hot & sweaty, legs were a bit sore from the leg class I did yesterday but I still managed it & so proud that I managed the revolving door & scissors at a faster pace. I said YES to the bonus praying it wouldn't be Nastia repeaters & was so relieved when I heard the beat slow down & thought it's a trick for the non stretchers, thank God! I love the cool down & stretching & can't understand why people would skip it. Omg Louie's step is the cutest thing. Thanks again Chris for putting all this together & brightening my day ❤❤

Thank you Chris for continuing to preach the importance of stretching and not overdoing cardio. I fell victim to cardio addiction in my 20s and most of my 30s to stay thin...and I am paying for it now. At 42 I already have arthritis in both knees and lower back. Now I can't do most of the cardio I used to do. So listen to Chris's advice y'all...your body will thank you later!

Another fantastic workout! I'm going to find the 'revolving door' thing so I can do the whole thing without modifying. You are SO right about the bonus segments (stretching) and strength training components. I am in the season now of 'reaping the benefits' of doing strength training along with Cardio, and it matters so much. I teach grade One, and at 50, I can still do jumping jacks, burpees and pushups with my students, and it means so much to me that I can give them everything I have, and I don't have to just watch from the sidelines. Thank you, Christina!

Great class! (as always). LOVED the bonus, I always stay for the stretch. I'm a healthy active 62 year old that feels 40 thanks to strength training, stretching, mobility etc. I'll always love cardio the best. Heck, I like ice cream the best too, but if I only ate ice cream, ... 🤔🥺 Thanks for the great classes always!
