I use this video and a lot of your others as my reference, when I need to get back on track. I tend to go a little squirrel some times, and get distracted by all the possibilities and things to do in this game. I don't play a lot of games because of the violence and gore. But being laid off from work because of Covid this has been a perfect distraction. I just wanted to say. Your tutorials are spot on and enjoyable to watch and listen to and learn from. And your delivery is professional, you don't use a lot of word whiskers...Aaa Aaa. lol, anyway I have graduated to ultra hard, still not into speed run, exploring all different skills and ways to play, it really seem unlimitless. It feel like you could really play this game out with any weapon and get through almost all the game...just brilliant, I feel like I am incontrol...:)

Really regret not getting one extra set of these mods before doing newgame+ ultra hard 100% for main game and frozen wilds. Technically have 100% but I don’t have the most perfect set of mods such as 4 insulated weaves in the save file.

Great walkthrough 👍 But if u re new player like me and want to play this game first time in ultra hard, make sure u get the early hidebound weapon coil (animal figurine 3) + untested weapon coil (burgrend) before u go to firebreaker and fight the fire claw. Because for me It needs 6 hrs straight git gud when facing it only with weave armor + banuk striker bow (14 blue gleam)

I grinded 170k of it in about 6 hours while attempting my first attempt for ultra hard new game + i thought i was gonna need that much because i read a guide that says you'll need 130k to purchase all the adept and all related weapons on ultra. it turns out i only needed around 30k for what i intended to grab because the other ones are basically a duplicate and slightly weaker too in stats so only the frozen wilds weapon mostly are worth getting.

I'm up to level 24 in the main game on my first ever playthrough and decided to check out the dlc. Climbed the cliff, got to the top and was immediately slaughtered by the machine that's waiting there. I think maybe I'll need to level up some more to get through it.

Yea it gets tougher lol I went in here with shield weaver armour and level 55 still got slaughtered… you need the banuk weapons to make it a bit easier Def much tougher foes

So this maybe a little late but dont equip the Shadow Stalwart and outfit it with DLC mods when you make your save file for new game ... this armour and everything fitted in will be gone in your new game + when you start a new run I did not have this problem with other armour ....

dude that's my biggest regret moving to ultra hard for the first time. i should have farm during my first playthrough for cheap items on hard specially for wires as my playstyle is heavy on wire consumption. 5 shards for each wire in hard then goes up to 15 on ultra, it bankrupted me too soon 😂

Bow damage mod is unchanged, however there is a modification for all outgoing sources, for example enemies take only 70% damage on ultra hard and 50% elemental modifications.

Your bow damage and other weapons ARE NERFED on Ultra Hard!This mode forces you to play with sense. Aim for the weak spots to take your enemies down effectively. Resources aren't cheap either so the extra slots for those rare mods are really needed!

Very nice one, senpai ;) This looks similar to my runs, except it's much more optimized and efficient - I run around places without overriding the Tallneck lol I just clear the bandit camp trying to stealth my way through...maybe I'm becoming Nil. I am proud of myself for figuring out the figurine & pigment trick :) I think I need 1-2 more runs for more Pristine Weapon Coils to finish the Lodge Blast Sling. Not sure what to do after that...I'm not really a speed run dude, but maybe I'll give that a try. By the way, did you notice that equipping three 15% stealth weaves on a Silent Hunter outfit doesn't give you the max stealth? In theory it should, since it gives +15 instead of +0.15, but whatever you do, the third one always gives you +14 instead of 15, and so you end up with 74 instead of 75. I really wanted to max the stealth with just three weaves and put the Insulated Outfit Weave as the fourth one. Triggered...

did they patch this or something? cause i'm able to stack the 3 of them and maxed out at 75 stealth. what i'm disappointed at is 75 is the max for it. i was excited to grind the nora outfit for 4 mod slots so i can stack four 15% stealth weave unfortunately it can't. i absolutely loved the stealth play in my first playthrough in hard difficulty. it's a lot less effective on ultra but it still helps to easily disengage from a fight. without it, trying to run from stormbird is almost impossible without roping it or running behind a big rock or mound.

@@williamallen7386 some people like being over powered. Plus you can only unlock everything available by completing NG+ on UH. May as well be as strong as you possibly can be so it isn't difficult if all you care about is completion. Not everyone likes games to be so difficult that they struggle to play them.

Sadly you can only get 1 per playthrough so I played through the game multiple times to get them.
