It actually just comes down to the quality of components, total out the door cost and customer service . Competition is a must . The largest amount of baby crying and whining (um certain female KZbinr ) don’t need to mention name . Is directed from the company itself . Obviously they don’t care to much for any competition . Well tough . Competition is a must . Price between the 2 is huge . As one charges a massive $250 shipping insurance . Seriously ? There is aproximatly $600 difference right now . That is HUGE .

Summer of '21 I wanted an AR X-class but didn't want to spend $2,400 on an ebike. One year later there was so much more competition in that same space the bike was down to $1,900 and is now $1,700. Really I expect a drop across the whole industry in the next 12-18 months..... lithium batteries are high priced but from what I've just seen the Chinese battery manufacturers opened too many & once they catch up w/ a backlog, they will be fighting to keep their doors open = competition! As for electronics for controlling things, they too are over priced so I see only good coming up soon. Electronics will get better along w/ functions.... look for better LCD's & the info about how the bike operates meaning we should be able to know all the numbers in a trip? All trip information to analyze any old time & I think it'll let you tune the bike w/ a flash method or for you to tweak numbers yourself? They will have to offer something & these are things to sell them. I love the 26" x 4" tires, I'd want at least 20" if I were paying all that b/c they offer a lot more ability to control it. TY > peace
@Hellfire4WD10 ай бұрын
the problem with adding more voltage, more power and more torque is durability. the reason why those bikes are not allowed on most EU roads is because A) they go too fast to be controllable by the average pedestrian (yes, those aren't cyclists or bikers, those are pedestrians on wheels) B) not regulated by law to have mechanical integrity checks at regular intervals as schooters, MC or cars. C) any company or person can technically manufacture a 2 wheeler that goes 100+ km/h but can fall apart at any moment endangering both rider, and others. So as much as I love the idea of zipping with a more powerful ebike, it would essentially be a very bad idea... Not to mention that at a certain point you might as well pay for an electric motorbike and enjoy a MUCH better stability, reliability and durability. Sure, you'll have to pay insurance and whatever taxes... sure, you'll have to abide traffic rules. But it's at least legal, you go wherever the road takes you and worry of police only when you're speeding or breaking traffic rules - not every time you set your ass on your bike. PS. I'm a hardcore ebike enthusiast, I still don't want to see many people turning the concept/lifestyle of powerful ebikes into a deathtrap infused shitshow where they get to the same fate as the small shitscooters littering the streets by the hundreds.

Very little difference when it comes to bikes, e-bikes . It’s all been done already . The difference will be the components used , total out the door cost , customer service . That’s it , just choose what you prefer , it’s that simple . While i like the wired freedom e-bike from what i see in videos . Really set the standard of 60v 20ah at a $2000 price range . But i hate the huge $250 insurance they require if you want to be assured of getting a new , no damage ebike . Nearly every company , every product (includes) to your door shipping with assurance if anything is broken the part will be replaced . That is just plain silly to charge $250 for that as there has been plenty of products actually shipped already damaged . That gives wired the option to deny coverage and charge you money to fix something that could have been damaged (before) it was shipped . That exact reason is why nearly no one charges customers shipping insurance . Instead companies should make sure to package up there products really well . Check juiced bikes . They show there shipping package . Excellent protection . I only mentioned because of the shipping point .

is this too good to be true or am I just having buyers remorse over spending $2,800 on a single battery Ariel Rider D-Class that only goes 30mph?
