Day 1: feels fresh and new. Can't wait to do it everyday. Motivated💪 Day 2: easier than 1st day Day 3: felt the actual burn in my thigh muscles Day 6: loving it Day 14: Doing a mix of your different weight loss yoga videos. I can feel my muscles strengthening. A late update after 1 month : I lost 4 kgs😍, even without any changes in diet . Feeling more and more motivated day by day. If I can do it. Anyone can do it. 2 months update: lost 6 kgs. Happy and motivated 3 Rd month update: I was busy with work and lost my routine. Still hanging to 6 kg loss. I have started again and this time Iam confident that I will get back my routine and achieve the Target. 7 months update : lost 9 kgs,🤩 with no changes in diet, but I added slow jogging to my routine...3-4 days a week. Thanku ladies for so much love! 💞 A year apart: I had my weight loss resolution on my star birthday 2023. And today, a year later, on my star birthday..I see I lost 10 kg. A slow steady add on daily has now become a routine (though there are days when I don't feel like doing anything and skipping workout). A year older today but feeling younger and healthier than last year.

Amazing yoga practice for weight loss. I'm loving it and had considerably lost a few pounds but got a muscle pull( not while practice) so stopped gained a lot more but so happy to be back to my discipline. I usually do intense workouts at home.. in few days/months I got bored and my body felt stressed.. completely lost interest in workouts.. finally made up my mind to start yoga which flows with the body rather than stressing it.. Finally found this video last night and jz completed the entire session... I can feel my body throughout the video.. I loved it.. thank u.. gonna try this everyday and see the difference❤

Day 1 done: it was hard and I had to pause the video multiple times to rest because of the burns in my thighs Day 2 done : it was much easier than yesterday. I didn't pause the video but I sat down for a couple of seconds during squats. Huge improvement Day 3 done : It's getting easier everyday. I'll start doing the next part of this from tomorrow! Day 4 done: Now I look forward to doing this as it gives me a great sense of self-confidence and I feel a lot better about myself

Update: - I have stopped doing this and started doing dance workouts as they are much more fun to do + some wall push ups, squats, planks and crunches - Also tried to walk minimum 7k steps 4-5 times a week - I have lost 3kgs from January 2024 to May 2024. - I recommend videos of The Fitness Marshall for dance workouts - I am not saying this video is ineffective, I just switched to dance workouts because I lost motivation to workout and dancing doesn't feel like working out as it lifts up your mood as well Best of luck to all :)

I just did the workout for the first time and I wish I had found it way earlier. Usually I'm not productive in 7am but this workout that high intensity and just makes it so relaxing and you just want to do it again and again and again. I'll be also making updates on how it works on my body, but for the first day I feel really nice and I hope I don't forget to do it everyday.

Initially I can't do for 5 MIN traditional hatha yoga...but now I can for 3omin without any break love to try your different videos feeling so refreshing. I diagnosed as fatty liver and endometrium thick . I was so depressed but you giving me so strength. I'm 18y I was not believe why this happens with me. I didn't even junk as compared to others,, but yaaa vath Dosha . I gain weights automatic I was afraid that might be I had thyroid I was so depressed. But thanking radhe krishna to stay with me everytime., and send people like you in my life radhe radhe....

Started this today, haven’t exercised in over a year. This was not too hard to scare me off but still challenging. Had to take 2mins brks in between. Baby steps…. But did feel the burn and feel very happy! Can’t wait to do this everyday!!

Thank you Akshaya for this wonderful video🙏. I have finally found a Guru to practice yoga with❤💕💕. I have started practicing yoga while playing your video, today was my 8th day. I could already feel the benefits of it on my body from the day one (no lies) as my body responds quickly to the workouts💪🏼. I weigh 61 kg and my goal is to come down to 58 kg, and I already can see the melt down. Akshaya, I have found the Guru in you forever. You soothing voice makes this session all the more encouraging, wonderful and motivated🌺🌺🌺

ngl it wasn’t easy for me to complete. on 16th minute i thought i wouldn’t make it but at the end, when i was laying on my back and realized that i managed to finish the whole session i was so cheerful and relaxed

My cat joined me for the workout so I felt really authentic😂 (although she also stepped on the keyboard at one point and paused the video so she wasn't entirely helpful!) Love this workout - can't wait to try it again and explore some of the others too 💓

Im a 5'4" 22 year old weighing 68 kgs. I want to lose 10 kgs by the end of this year. Dieting has always been difficult for me, and whenever I used to diet, I'd go back to muching snacks or ordering takeout and i never felt good about it. So now, I've decided to workout everyday, except for 5 🩸 days every month and minimised takeouts by once every two weeks. I also keep a walking goal of min 6k reaching upto 10k steps every day even on 🩸 days. So, lets see. If I can lose 10 kgs by December. Using this space for accountability 🎀

It is achievable to. Loose 10 kg in 5 months easily 1st 4 to 5 kg you can loose in just 1 month by following good diet and 30 minutes workout and walking Go with very simple diet, just cut down some portion in your meal . Add mid morning fruits and evening time something healthy like roasted chna, makhane It is simple, In last month I reduced my 4 kg by following these all what I said, hoping for best result in this month

@@be.positive595 maybe but our bodies are different and so are our metabolisms and mine is quite weak, so I try not to force myself too much. I'm in for the long run! Also, so happy for your progress 🎀

diet is also very important. your weight also depends on your diet. i think, you can loose 4-5 kgs if you take proper diet.

updating every day for idk how long but pls like to remind me!! I'm doing this for posture, flexibility and mental health reasons as well as weight loss. I've noticed yoga makes me a calmer and happier person overall. Day 1: DRENCHED IN SWEAT!! a little bit difficult but not too bad as i'm not that new into yoga. Day2: Absolutely killed it! Feeling proud of myself. Day3: Lacking motivation but im just gonna keep going ahead, bc i made a goal so imma stick with it.

Hi! This is me from day 1!! It really works, I can feel it. You're the best! Day 2: Feeling a little tired but still okay, I want to continue! Day 3: I was really tired but it felt so nice! Day 4: It was hard but fun. Day 5: Getting easier and I feel like the 30 minutes goes faster as I learn how to do the poses. Day 6: Really relaxing, I looove stretching, it really opens up my full body. Really motivated.
