I think your comment about being like “damn Em, slow down!” is exactly the point. It’s a constant ramping up, a constant climb of chaos and energy and pace, until he finally says “man, stop.” To end the song. The speed, the organized chaos, the out of control train, feels like such a familiar pattern that we have all experienced. Juice was one of the only people that actually impressed Eminem with his freestyling. The dude freestyled for an HOUR straight. That's a very rare talent. Please listen to the songs from the late 90s that made Everclear famous... Then please listen to the newest single from 2024, "Sing Away". How different does the band sound after 25+ years...
