I bought a lot of his enfield parts when he passed on ! The shortened alloy barrel is still going strong !

From what I understand, this guy's Royal Enfields dominated the Gold Stars in classic racing at Pukekohe NZ.

With the detail mods that Bob did, it is no more an Enfield. With such apprenticeship done, it would had been better for Bob to make himself a new brand of motorcycle all together !

I ASSUMED there'd be a 750 twin in here somewhere? WTF? Everybody's doing stuff with the bullet and all, but where the heck is the twin? The Indian Enfield people need to bring back the BIG one! If the 750cc came back with ceramic coated internals, new valve-train, polished/lightened roller crank, nickel Rickman frame, right off the bat build it as authentic but worked over, so that the old ones could use the new parts to pump up their HP and RPM, a bike that could dominate the retro market.....

Is there a book or website that showcases Bob Harris talents.

Sushil, If they had made a Bullet from scratch it would be classed as new and therefore not eligible for vintage racing. Dave UK
