No bro ..you cannot....if you are giving assessment in starting 1,2,3 days of a month then you can expect to book the exam and give the exam in the same month

Very rarely it happens...either he have some deficiency in his documents..or mmd got more busy in this month for some reason...but usually they approves with in 3-4 days
