To be honest, I did not think this workout was going to be make me sweat, but man I was wrong. I am drenched in sweat and I am panting heavily! I do not know why I rarely did any of FitnessBlender workouts, but now I am a fan!!!

I've been following Kelly's workout videos for 2weeks now and I must say it works! I lost my unwanted fats fast! And my metabolism is a lot better. I can be bloated today but tomorrow the bloat will be gone. Before my bloatness stays for like a few days, sometimes even a week. Of course it takes work, in my case I exercise everyday this except weekends. But it's worth it. Thanks Fitness Blender!

When you're doing HITT, especially with FitnessBlender, you're focusing more on performing the exercises than the pain. When I'm running I get so bored that I can't think about anything except how much pain I'm in and I give up!

Similar experiences here. I have always been the "chubby" one in the family. They always thought I am deaf on their comments... -.- But the energy after working out, the feeling I can do aaanyything (and my headaches suddenly gone!) no one can ever again say a word to me. I've just discovered your channel and I wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for your advice, and sharing your story, and being realistic, and mostly for giving healthy and scientifically sound advice. I'm recovering from a knee injury (2 years) that has limited my ability to do much of the activities I used to enjoy, and paired with some self pity, I now have over 50lbs to lose. I'm looking forward to using your channel to accomplish this! I particularly love this video because there is no kneeling involved and with my new knee brace, I can finally jump and jog again :)

This one is fantastic. I gave it a try before Kelli's Upper Body for People Who Get Bored Easily...and now I feel terrific. I sometimes feel like I'm not doing 'enough' if I'm doing a strength routine for my upper body with no cardio intervals, but this quick little HIIT routine sure did solve that today! Cardio is DONE for the day. Def going into my favorites.

Trust Kelli to forget the number of sets on one of the hardest moves in this routine, broad jump n jump squats! I just screamed at the screen when the fourth set started. But seriously, this is one heck of a workout in itself. Short but not-so-sweet and leaves you huffing and puffing and damn sweaty when it's done. A very satisfying Workout Complete earned today :)

+S Sammy That's why I provide low impact modifications! Just cut out the jumps & you likely wont make any neighbors mad & you'll still get in a good workout :)

You won't burn as much calories but I still find low impact a great workout/sweat out. I'm in need of toning and live in a condo, and I find 4 times a week hiit or their 5 days challenges really helped me tone up in just a month.

I am sooo loving you workouts Kelli, been doing since January now, and have lost nearly a stone,I feel brilliant after each HIIT as I know I'v worked hard in such a short space of time rather than slogging it out for an hour, I think that is the key, hard and short as you know its going to end soon. Iv done other workout videos this past 2/3 years but this is the best Iv known for speedy results.

I am so thankful for these videos. I have improved so much over the last 5 weeks. I feel stronger and have lost 12 pounds so far. I love that you guys don't play cheesy music in the background so I can play my own. The only problems I have is having to pause the video during jumping Jacks because having 2 babies has messed up my bladder 😳

OMG!!! I can't believe it. 6 months ago I was fit af, but after half a year without working out and only junk food eating I've gained 12 kg. ;( I got tired at the warm up alone...I remember how much I loved cardio...I've done all 1000 calorie workouts and now I can barely make a jumping jack without collapsing. I have to tell you ... That I love your videos because... I have crohns disease.... ... because all the pains is in my stomach , intestine. and then your style I can do it. Example.... my stomach... I can't do abs... in the floor but you works the abdominals up.... And with different levels... I can do the difficult ones but sometimes I need the basic level because.... surgery or pain :). I have just discovered this channel and all the videos I have seen look really great and what I want to use to make a daily workout routine with. The only problem is I don't know which to do which days and how many, if any one has any tips or maybe a link to a good workout routine it would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if this matters but I mainly want to do cardio and HIIT workouts to lose weight and tone, not particular interested in massive muscle gain from weights or anything. Love to run. Check out their website. They have a bunch of workout plans (really cheap/affordable) that tell you exactly what workout videos to do each day. They have all sorts of plans, for beginners, for building muscle, for endurance etc. You can get a 2 week plan, a 4 week plan, or an 8 week....

Will this workout get your stomach flat because I'm only trying to get at flat stomach but i been told you can't just lose one part of your body so someone told me to do hit workouts And that you lose your stomach faster this way and I feel like I don't even work my stomach when I'm doing this work out.? I was able to finish this without taking any extra break except for when she did one extra round of broad squat jump, and I think this is the highlight of my 2020 so far. Workout complete 11/06/2020 Update : Did it for 2 days straight, then took a break yesterday and damn it was hard to complete today. Had to take a total 5 min extra break in between. Guess some days are weak days? IDK. took break on 15th june from this and did a short little cardio kickboxing routine but now I am back at it, Workout complete w/o any additional breaks. 16/06/2020

some days i go to the gym. but when it's closed or it's raining outside or any other reason i just use your videos as a workout :D! totally love them! definitly doing this one on wendsday (gym is closed then). but is this enough for the whole day or do i need to do some other excersie with it?
