Thank you so much for this workout! Finally, I feel here's something for me as I have diastasis recti since my delivery, 12 years ago. All your moves are keeping moms like me in mind but its great that you give options/ modifications to notch it up or take it light. I feel that now I can repair and recoup myself.

I have had diastasis recti since my first born (14 years ago) and just within the last five years understood what it was so thank you for making videos to help my fix it. I semi crushed this workout 😅 some moves were a bit difficult to do postpartum. Muscles are not fully functional yet. Thanks for always keeping diastis recti in mind as many of us suffer from it and some moves could be damaging. I wish I knew this with my first baby. My baby #2 just completed 2 months 💕

I crushed it! (got weak & wobbly with those squat jumps in a circle haha, but otherwise did pretty good first go!). I've had 3 csections, kids now aged 6, 4 and 10mths old and have been on a long search for reliable, yet effective workout routines in one spot that challenge me but are very conscious of diastasis recti with each movement/exercise (my gap is currently approx 3cm). I discovered you a few days ago and I'm addicted! Haha. Already sharing with my mum friends! Thank you for all your wisdom and time making these videos for us busy mummas! - From Sydney, Australia!

This was a challenging one! But felt so good once done. It’s hard to follow a fixed plan everyday with a baby but will try to squeeze in at least 15 min of exercises. Keeps me in a good state of mind. Thanks so much for your workouts.

@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV I'm sure I could do better with eating as well! I eat a well-rounded diet generally, but do indulge in dessert every evening, the loss of which would be sad. I downloaded your wonderful resources on weight loss and signed up for your course, but honestly I don't know how much motivation I have at the moment to work on my diet, whereas exercise feels like something I really want to do for both physical and psychological wellbeing. So maybe I'll give it a month (see if I can stick to your month-long exercise plan!) and if that doesn't work, I'll revisit diet. Thank you for all your help!!

12weeks pp c section mama and I crushed it... though I did the modifications, I did not jump anywhere and i did step up instead of the jumps. The lunges and side plank were hard one me but I perserved...Thank you so much for this workout 💪.
